The underside with Hepsia is the lack of root access to the dedicated web hosting server, but you will rapidly appreciate the user-friendliness of Hepsia's drag-and-drop File Manager as a compensation.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia CP is a standard accessory solely in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is included free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unlimited Top Level Domains in one single web hosting account. This is achievable because of Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager tool. The other web hosting CP devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 different user account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/administration opportunities. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated server, there will be no web hosting CP option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered Control Panel interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your domain names under one single user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel interfaces do not present such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and for that reason they require 2 separate user account logins: one domain name management/billing/support user account and one web site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will notice that the Hepsia Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin CP interfaces can work solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
Root Access 4 - unavailable solely with the Hepsia Control Panel and available in all other circumstances.
